For the last 8 years I've been on a journey of spiritual self-discovery. Learning how to tune in to my inner wisdom, to trust myself so I can align with my soul's purpose and bring more light into the world. I’m multi-passionate and love exploring all the tools and modalities that support the never ending quest to ‘know thyself’. It’s my joy to share this with others.

I live in magical Cornwall and like to spend my time exploring ancient sites and coastal walks, connecting with the beautiful grounding earth energy of this land.
